TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO GOVERN
These terms and conditions represent the final and complete agreement of the parties and no terms and conditions in any way modifying or
changing the provisions stated herein shall be binding upon our team
unless made in writing and signed and approved by an authorized person of our team.
No modification of any of these terms shall be modified by our team’s
shipment of goods following receipt of Buyers purchase order, shipping requests or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions additional to or in conflict with the terms herein. If any terms, clause or provision is declared to held invalid by court of competent jurisdiction or holding shall not affect the validity of any other term, clause or provision herein contained.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
All orders are subject to written price verification by authorized team personnel unless designated in writing to be firm for a specified period of time. Shipment of goods without written price verification does not constitute acceptance of price contained in the order.
Our Team reserves the right, without prior notification, to substitute an alternative product of like kind, quality and function. If the Buyer will not accept substitute the Buyer must specifically declare that no substitution is allowed when the Buyer requests quotes, if such request for quote was made or if no request for quote was made when placing an order with our team.
Prices quoted ,including any transportation charges are valid for 10
days unless designated as firm for a specific period pursuant to a
written quote or written sales acceptance issued or verified by an
authorized personnel of our team. A price designated as firm for
specific period may by revoked by our team. If the revocation is in
writing and is mailed to the Buyer prior to the time and a written
acceptance of the price is received by our team, shipping point. Our team reserves the right to cancel orders in the event selling prices which are lower than the prices quoted are established by government regulations.
Unless otherwise provided our team shall use its judgment in determining carrier and routing. In either case, our team shall not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.
Unless otherwise provided our team will comply only with its minimum
packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special equipment shall be paid for by the Buyer.
All cost of packing and shipment for the Buyer special equipment shall be paid by the Buyer.
ADELE’S WIG CLINIC
Sincerely respect property rights in case there is a copyright
infringement on any picture please contact us and we will removed the
picture as soon as possible.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
All orders are posted out on a plain brown cardboard box and do not
mention the name Adele’s Wig Clinic. If your order is temporarily out of stock we will need to e-mail you and ask if you require to choose a different style or style or to wait for original order to arrive.
We ship internationally and we charge 18 euro.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not delighted with the item you have chosen you have 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for the return of the goods.
We recommended you obtain proof of purchase from the post office.
When you return anything to us you must send the goods back in there
original packing, with other protection such as the box and in the same condition as they were sent to you.
The wig/hairpiece label must be attached.
No labels must not be cut of the wigs and must not be tampered with in any way.
Due to personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchanged or refund payment on wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, brushed or restyled.
Please allow 3-4 working days from receipt of goods for us to arrange
for a refund we will send you a e-mail once a refund is processed.
Once you you have received this return e-mail please allow a further 5-10 working days for refund to be credited to your account.
This time scale is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is out side or our control.
The refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
If this is not possible for any reason, we will call you for your new card details.
